Welcome to JEMS Cleaning Services Ltd.
We are a family-run commercial cleaning business based within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. We cover Glasgow, West and Central Scotland. Our client base ranges from small companies with only 2 members of staff, up to large office blocks with 300+ staff.
Customer service is very important to us and we are always looking to improve this by working with our clients. We only employ the best cleaners, offering good working conditions.
Services Overview:
All our cleaners wear JEMS Cleaning Services branded uniforms and identity badges at all times. All cleaners will be required to sign in and out of the building. We have resources to cover staff absences due to annual leave and sickness.
We will be responsible for providing all cleaning equipment and materials to meet the specification. All products used will not contain materials derived from any threatened species or environments. All products and materials shall be stored, handled and disposed of in the correct way according to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1999 (COSHH).
We will be responsible for ensuring that all our equipment is maintained in a safe condition and that our staff are adequately trained in their use.
JEMS Cleaning Services will hit all standards listed in any service level agreement to specification.
JEMS Cleaning Services will be responsible for COSHH Register Cleaning Audits.
Our Staff:
- All staff will attend a Coshh training before being allowed on site
- All staff attend induction training
- All staff receive ongoing training
